For in-house teams
One brand, done properly
Catch problems while they are still small, join the conversations worth joining, and give leadership a number they can actually trust.
Know about the bad one first
Risk assessment separates a genuine legal or security allegation from ordinary frustration, and routes it to a named person before it becomes a story.
Find demand you are not searching for
The highest-value conversations rarely mention your brand. Intent keywords surface people describing your problem in their own words.
Replies that hold up
Drafts are grounded in your approved knowledge. An unsupported claim blocks approval instead of quietly going out under your name.
A number leadership can trust
Brand health is transparent arithmetic over your own data, and it always shows the factors behind it. No black box in a board deck.
A realistic week
What using this actually looks like.
- Monday morningTwelve conversations are flagged as worth responding to out of roughly two hundred found. One is a one-star review alleging a contract breach — escalated, no draft generated, assigned to your head of customer success.
- TuesdayA Reddit thread asks for recommendations in your category without naming anyone. Opportunity score 94. Your analyst edits the draft, an approver signs it off, and it publishes through Assisted Mode.
- WednesdaySeven conversations are recommended for no reply at all — already answered, too old, or nothing useful to add. Nobody spends time on them.
- FridayThe weekly report goes to your CMO with the same figures the dashboard has been showing all week, plus a summary of what changed and why.
