For agencies
Every client in one portfolio
Sorted by who needs you today. Each client keeps its own keywords, knowledge, voice and reporting — and sees only its own data.
Portfolio view
Health, conversations needing action, overdue responses and open opportunities for every client, on one screen, lowest health first.
Client-scoped access
Invite a client user to exactly one brand. Enforced in the query layer — they cannot see another client's conversations even by changing a URL.
Separate brains per client
Each client has its own knowledge base, approved claims, prohibited phrases and voice. A draft for one client can never be grounded in another's facts.
Reports you can send on
Scheduled weekly and monthly reports per client, generated from the same figures as the dashboard, ready to forward without reformatting.
The part agencies usually ask about
Multi-tenancy that is real, not cosmetic.
Is client data actually separated?
Every query is scoped by organization and, for client users, by the specific brands they were granted. The scoping happens in the data layer, not by hiding menu items.
Can a client see what we do for other clients?
No. A brand-scoped user sees one brand: its conversations, its knowledge, its reports. The portfolio view is filtered to what they can reach, which for them is a single row.
Who approves replies?
Whoever you decide. A common setup is your team drafting and the client approving — the roles exist separately for exactly this reason.
What if a client wants their own AI provider?
Provider configuration is per workspace. An agency workspace can run on one key, or you can run a separate workspace per client.
